This enterprise is a typical state-owned enterprise reform, with some complicated legacy relationships. Part of it involves spousal or other intimate relationships among internal personnel, while others have individuals with government backgrounds. Therefore, the upper management must balance various factors when dealing with certain issues. In the course of implementing this project, I was responsible for promoting the implementation of salary accounting operations. According to the project's implementation schedule requirements, I gathered relevant personnel for operational training and arranged related responsible persons to organize and collect system basic data, which was then maintained in the ERP system.
