In the previous episode of the story, the "Batman" who has come out from the shadow of witnessing his parents being killed, has grown up and is no longer the arrogant lone hero. With the full help of Officer Jim Gordon and Prosecutor Harvey Dent, "Batman" continues to rush around the world without any worries, endlessly fighting against the growing threat of crime.
