Packt Publishing has just announced the shortlist for the Best Open Source CMS of 2008 awards in all categories. Last year, Drupal was the overall winner, pushing Joomla!, the champion of 2006, to the second place. This year, both Drupal and Joomla have made it to the shortlist, but they are in different categories. Packt will start announcing the final winners on October 31st, 2008.
