1, I have been figuring out how to build a website on my own for three to four years, but I only started making money this year. The following is my experience from building websites until now.
2, My main site currently has an average of around 150,000 IPs per day, and last month's revenue was 70,000 yuan. This month has already surpassed last month, with advertising fees at only over 6,000 yuan, mainly relying on membership fees.
My current staffing: me + 2 female customer service reps + 2 editors + 1 part-time PHP developer. Office location: in the two-bedroom, one-living room apartment that I rented. I started working on my main site in March this year, and invested 8,000 yuan in purchasing a website in the first month. At the time of purchase, the website only made more than 1,000 yuan per month. When I bought this website, I already had a plan for its development, although I didn't have 100% confidence. After continuously organizing and analyzing data, reorganizing the website categories, and finding promotion channels, it took me one month. In the second month, I began developing paying members. At that time, there were over 20,000 free members, with a maximum of 2,000 active ones. That month, I developed over 400 paying members, generating 40,000 yuan in membership fees and earning over 3,000 yuan in advertising fees. By the end of the month, after summarizing my results, I secretly rejoiced that I had made the right decision.
