The Internet in the Web2.0 era has taken a new step forward from technology to application compared with the first generation of the Internet. In this leap, three key changes have emerged: First, the mainstream media status of the Internet has been further established. By July 2006, the China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) announced that the total number of Chinese netizens had reached 123 million, of which nearly two-thirds were broadband users. The large base of netizens and advanced network access conditions have also laid the foundation for the diversified applications of the Internet. Second, consumers have achieved almost zero-cost communication. In the era of traditional media monopoly, communication methods were not as developed as they are now, and the cost was also high. Nowadays, the Internet has built a stereoscopic communication method, but the cost is almost zero, and the interaction and communication between audiences have become very natural. Consumers no longer need to consider communication methods and costs.
