With the rapid development of industrial automation, traditional sampling methods for liquid density measurement can no longer meet production needs. In online density measurement, the static pressure method is the most feasible approach. It wasn't until recent years that a large number of advanced pressure sensors entered China, such as the Rosemount 3051 pressure sensor, which has an accuracy of 0.075%. This provided a reliable guarantee for the research and development of our company's online density meter. The DT-1 type online liquid density testing transmitter summarizes various online density measurement methods and conducts extensive field investigations in industrial environments. Based on the principles of simplicity and practicality, it has been successfully designed and developed.
This device includes a capacitive differential pressure sensor and a pair of pressure relays connected to it, which are inserted into the production process. Between the two pressure relays, there is an integrated precision temperature sensor to display changes in liquid temperature, and a dedicated software program calculates the density. Therefore, this instrument can simultaneously read two parameters: medium temperature and density, facilitating standard density conversion across various industries. This device can perform online density measurements for various liquids or liquid mixtures.
