August 8th, the opening ceremony. I had the honor to be a part of the opening ceremony, and I think I am lucky. The hard work of the past four months, all the heavy pressure,委屈, fatigue, everything disappeared when the first group of fireworks bloomed in the sky above the Bird's Nest... It was at that moment that I really felt, as a Chinese person, we are so proud! Below is the full day process for the 8th, giving everyone an insight into the behind-the-scenes life.
