Freegabmail - Free video mail system

Freegabmail provides a free video email service (supporting voice and text mail sending). It's so free that you don't even need to register for any account with freegabmail; you can just record your video directly and it's done. There's no need to upload the recorded video. After recording, the system will provide you with a URL where your video is stored :D

All the complicated work is web-based, making it simple and easy to use. You just need to connect a webcam to your computer.
