Publishing articles to Z-Blog using Windows Live Writer

I downloaded Windows Live Writer online and installed the Z-Blog plugin that supports Windows Live Writer: http://bbs.rainbowsoft.org/thread-22752-1-1.html. I am particularly posting an article to test its effectiveness.
