China IDC Circle reported on August 27: In domain name transactions, many "corns" (a slang term for people who trade domain names) encounter issues related to domain name transfers and outbound transfers. Regarding the concerns of "corns" about domain name transfers and outbound transfers in domain name transactions, we provide detailed explanations below.

(I) Domain Name Transfer:

For CN domain name transfers, the following documents need to be provided:

1. Copies of the business licenses of both the buyer and seller (with annual inspection records); copies must bear the official seal of the company.

2. Copies of the identity cards of the registrants of both parties; (if registered as an individual, include a copy of the ID card).

3. Download the domain name transfer application form: Fill in the information, print it, and affix the official seal of the registered entity, then send it to the other party to affix their official seal, and finally mail it to the registrar. (The domain name transfer application form can be downloaded from the homepage of different registrars.)

Mail to the address and department specified by the registrar.
