Do not load too many unnecessary random startup programs at boot time. Select "Start → Programs → Accessories → System Tools → System Information → System Information Dialog Box", then select "Tools → System Configuration Utility → Startup". Just check internat.exe, and the other items can be unchecked. After making your selection, confirm and restart the computer.
