I just found out that Google's YouTube has started to support Simplified Chinese. Although China is still not available as a country option, and the cn subdomain has not been opened either, YouTube's language setting is tied to the user account. Therefore, as long as you set your preferred language in your YouTube account to Simplified Chinese, you will be able to see a Simplified Chinese interface on all regional sites.

By using "Chinese (Simplified)", you can access a fully Chinese interface.
