Due to long-term use of stone and its natural weathering, plus improper human care, it is very easy for its natural color and brightness to fade, making it unbearable to see; redecoration is too costly and time-consuming, while the stone renewal process can restore its original brightness through machine grinding within a very short period using chemical and physical actions, with natural colors and 100% brightness, economical and time-saving, with a service life of more than five years.
Process Flow:
Tools used: Stone Renewal Machine, drive disc, floor washer, vacuum cleaner, diamond discs (6 sets), red pad, white pad, special scrubbing cloth.
Chemicals used: Stone grinding agent KP92, stone brightening agent, stone protector.
According to the different degrees of damage on the ground, use the renewal machine with different diamond discs for grinding. The operation must follow the texture lines of the stone until the surface is smooth and the color is uniform; grind with the grinding agent and pads until penetration and drying; grind with the brightening agent and pads until drying, finally spray the protector and grind until the brightness is restored as new. After being renewed, the brightness of the stone surface can reach above 120 degrees depending on the material.
Marble Polishing and Waxing
Marble High Gloss Crystal Surface Regeneration Powder Purpose: Applied for marble crystal surface treatment. This product performs wet operations and quickly regenerates the high-gloss crystal surface of marble in the shortest possible time, used to handle marble surfaces that have lost their luster due to wear and other reasons.
Characteristics:
1. A speed of 154 revolutions per minute with a weight of over 45KG on the floor polisher is sufficient.
2. Does not cause scratches on the stone surface like steel wool does.
3. Does not cause discoloration or leave yellow rust on the stone surface.
4. The stone surface shines like water, extremely rich in layers.
5. Low cost, time-saving, labor-saving.
6. Prevents dirt from penetrating into the inner layer of the stone, enhances wear resistance, and provides anti-slip functionality.
Usage:
1. The marble surface should be thoroughly cleaned before use.
2. Mix the marble crystallization powder with water into a paste and apply it onto the red polishing pad.
3. Keep the floor moist during the operation of the floor polisher.
4. When the marble surface has formed a high-gloss crystal surface, use a water extractor to clean the paste off the floor.
5. Wipe away any remaining paste with a mop.
6. Rinse and dry the floor.
7. Use the white polishing pad or a dry cloth to wipe the floor completely clean and dry.
8. If the stone surface is not completely dry, it will affect the visual effect.
Note:
1. Not suitable for low-absorption and artificial marble, black marble.
2. If accidentally gets into eyes, rinse with water or seek medical attention.
