The more specialized certification, CCIE, which fewer people take, has had its registration fee increased by $35, a 10% rise. In the past, Cisco certifications and study materials were priced as one exam, one set of materials. However, in the future, if the CCNA ICND 1 course lasts for 5 days, the publicly available material cost will be $225 for the 5-day course.
