3G Portal's Lawsuit with PingCo

3G Gateway, the largest wireless Internet portal in China, hereafter referred to as 3G Gateway, has filed a lawsuit against PingCo, a relatively seasoned cell phone client software in the wireless domain, for failure to pay advertising fees. 3G Gateway is demanding approximately RMB 500,000 in compensation. The People's Court of Haidian District in Beijing has accepted the case and it is expected to formally go to trial on July 17.
