Step One: NetEase provides a 100G free email server, which can use your own domain (such as farfree.cn), freely allocate, and customize the homepage of the mail server.

Note: Clear your domain's MX record before applying.

Before applying, you must have a free 126 email account. If you don't have one, you can apply for one (http://mail.126.com) and fill in the form with your 126 password.

Step Two: Input your existing domain and fill out the form in the format shown in the figure; in the business registration number column (Business License), individuals can fill in their ID card number.

Step Three: After filling out the form as mentioned above, start configuring your DNS. Clear your original MX records and fill in the MX records provided by 126 as shown in Figure B; Figure A indicates that the DNS has not passed verification, because the DNS just filled in on this site has not yet been verified. You can wait for it to take effect when you apply.

Finally: After completing the application, you can manage the email server with your domain as the suffix (such as [email protected]). The management address is: http://yourname.126.com
