China Mobile Expands G Network with a Hundred Billion Investment

According to media reports, in order to inhibit the development of China Telecom's CDMA network and China Unicom's GSM, China Mobile would let national 3G technology TD-SCDMA network "stand by" so as to squeeze out 10 billion yuan for secretly planning to expand the GSM network. However, some experts in the industry indicated that China Mobile would not possible to relax the TD construction, and so-called 1 billion yuan expansion plan might only be a regular plan in China Mobile annual report.
