Japan Announces New 3D Display Technology

The National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology in Japan has recently announced a breakthrough in photonics - creating small plasmas by using infrared laser and focusing them on one point. These plasma entities float above the laser generator like some dots. Then, real 3D images are created by using these plasmas.
