On November 19th, the American magazine *TIME* announced its list of the 50 best websites of 2008. Most of these websites lean towards practicality and simplicity, while a certain proportion are also time-passing or entertainment-focused. The 50 best websites of 2008 as announced by *TIME* are divided into five categories: advice and facts, information and gossip, convenient tools, fun and games, and hobbies and interests. Since 2003, *TIME* has annually selected the top 50 best websites. These websites reflect the transformation and development of the Internet, as well as which sites can set trends. For example, popular websites like eBay, Amazon, YouTube, and Digg have all been included in *TIME*'s list at different times. Nahan Network has compiled the profiles of the 50 sites that made the cut in 2008. A few of these sites were already recommended by Nahan Network last year, so we've simply re-posted last year's articles, hoping they will provide some reference value for everyone.
