On November 1, Johanna Wright, Vice President of Google's Search and Assist business unit, stated at a new product launch that this year the company’s voice technology team further optimized the voice search service, increasing the voice recognition accuracy rate by 25%.

Last year, Google added a machine learning technique called "deep neural networks" to its voice search service, which reduced the voice recognition error rate by 20%. This means that over the past two years, the quality of Google's voice search service has significantly improved.

Wright indicated that similar to the strategy of adjusting search engine algorithms, Google adopts a series of optimization measures rather than achieving an instant upgrade to improve the quality of voice search services.

Google's voice search service is integrated into the Android operating system. Google also released voice search applications for iOS and Windows 8. Additionally, users can access Google's voice search service via their browsers.
