At last week's launch event, Nokia unveiled multiple devices at once, including three new Asha models. Recently, the domestic Baidu Nokiabar has leaked the teardown photos of the 3-inch new model Asha 503.
Nokia Asha phones have always been known for their low price, and behind this low price are certainly basic configurations. Take this Asha 503 for example; its pre-tax selling price is 99 USD, approximately 600 RMB in Chinese currency, and its configuration is extremely basic: it features a 3-inch 240 x 320 screen covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 2, a 5-megapixel camera equipped with an LED flash, and comes in single SIM version as well as dual SIM version that supports hot swapping technology.
Similar to the latest Asha 500 and 502, the length and width of Asha 503 exceed those of the Asha 501 released in the first half of the year, making the bezel appear wider. The Asha 503 supports 3G networks, so its processor has been upgraded from Intel XMM2230 (used in Asha 500) to XMM6140.
