October 29 news: Sina Weibo announced the official launch of the "fans service platform". Based on user subscriptions, all certified users can apply to use it. The fan service platform supports attaching external links to text and image information, while adding functions such as scheduled private messages and automatic voice replies.

Yu Shuang, Senior Product Director of Sina Weibo's Business Products Department, pointed out that the fan service platform is built on the basis of user-initiated subscriptions. In addition, an emergency mechanism has been preset for some official institutions. For example, @China Earthquake Networkspeed Report can send important public information to all its fans in case of an earthquake emergency.

It is reported that Weibo's private message interface has been officially upgraded to "Message Service" and opened to the public. It mainly provides three main interfaces: "Customized Reply", "Private Message Reminder" and "Subscription Sending". It supports institutional certification accounts to realize automatic reply of private messages, artificial customer service of private messages, and subscription function of the fan service platform through the interface.

The fan service platform has been tested internally. During the internal test, more than 60,000 users used it, including media such as @People's Daily @CCTV News, public service institutions such as @China Earthquake Network, and some industry celebrities.

Since the beginning of this year, Sina Weibo has extended the "service" value of the platform. In May, it launched the Page concept, providing rich and differentiated services. At the end of September, a thousand musicians and writers connected to Weibo Page. Users can not only see their historical Weibo posts on their Weibo homepage, but also directly listen to music online, read books or place orders for purchase.
