Nokia announced the Lumia 2520 Windows RT 8.1 tablet at the beginning of this month in Abu Dhabi, while Microsoft has already launched the Surface 2 tablet.

Now, according to comments from a Qualcomm executive, the Nokia 2520 significantly outperforms the Surface 2 in terms of processor speed, graphics processing capability, and wireless connection speed, making it worth the consumer's investment.

Raj Talluri, Vice President of Application Processors at Qualcomm, stated that the performance of the 2520 is brilliant, bringing tablet capabilities to a new level. The Surface 2 simply cannot compete; the 2520 is faster and consumes less power.

From an external perspective, both products can run the Windows RT 8.1 operating system. In terms of processing power, the Lumia 2520 slightly leads the Surface 2. The Snapdragon 800 operates at 2.2GHz, which is higher than the 1.7GHz Tegra 4 processor used in the Surface 2.
