On October 24, according to The Verge, the long-awaited "Plants vs. Zombies 2" has seen its Android version officially announced by developer Popcap for global release, following the launch of the iOS version in August. Previously, in October, the Android version of "Plants vs. Zombies 2" was only released in Australia and New Zealand.
Similar to the earlier iOS version, the Android version of "Plants vs. Zombies 2" offers a series of free levels, with additional levels requiring a fee. However, playing through the game without the paid levels does not affect the overall story structure. Currently, "Plants vs. Zombies 2" supports Android 2.3 and higher system versions.
