Surface 2 and Surface Pro 2 were released yesterday in 21 countries and regions around the world. Sales in Hong Kong, China will start today, while sales on mainland China will begin on November 11th. However, Microsoft has already opened pre-orders.
The price of Surface 2 is: 32GB version at 3288 yuan, and 64GB version at 4088 yuan. The price for the Surface 2 Professional/Chinese Edition is as follows: 64GB (4GB RAM) version at 6588 yuan, 128GB (4GB RAM) version at 7388 yuan, 256GB (8GB RAM) version at 9688 yuan, and 512GB (8GB RAM) version at 13388 yuan. Users who purchase any of these devices will receive two years of free 200GB SkyDrive storage space.
Compared to the first generation, Surface 2 and Surface Pro 2 have undergone a series of important upgrades, such as improved processing power, longer battery life, better displays, higher camera resolution, and more flexible dual-angle integrated stands.
