The Chromecast, released last month by Google, has left many consumers in awe, but it is destined to be out of reach for domestic users. However, a spy shot of a device known as the "smallest Aliyun TV box" has surfaced online. This TV box, named "Tianxianpei K2," boasts impressive features and is said to rival the Chromecast.
Tianxianpei K2 runs on the Aliyun intelligent TV system and claims to be the smallest in the world. The spy shots reveal its diminutive size when held in the hand. It is reported that Tianxianpei K2's hardware and software performance surpasses the majority of devices currently available on the market, with a host of new distinctive functions.
In addition, Tianxianpei K2 will feature a complete payment system and revenue-sharing plan, integrating content and applications such as e-commerce, gaming, and education.
As for how well it performs, since detailed software functionalities and hardware specifications have not yet been disclosed, we cannot jump to conclusions. We can only hope that it is more than just hype.
