Twitter later confirmed that the company is currently testing this feature, which is only available to a small number of users.
According to some users, in order to download the "Tweet" records, one must first open the "Settings" section of Twitter and find the "Your Twitter Archive" option, then wait for the system to "Direct Message" the download link.
After opening the download link and waiting for it to complete, you will receive a compressed file containing all of your "Tweet" records. After decompressing the file, CSV and JSON formatted files will be found.
