Yahoo signs 4-year advertising deal with Babylon, a translation software provider.

According to a report on the evening of April 23 Beijing time, Israeli translation software provider Babylon announced on Tuesday that it had signed a four-year Internet advertising cooperation agreement with Yahoo.According to the agreement, the two companies will share Internet advertising revenue. The contract lasts for four years, but after its expiration, the two companies can renew it.Babylon executives said that this deal would bring a large part of the company's revenue, but the specific amount cannot be predicted at present. A spokesperson for Babylon refused to provide details about this cooperation.Last year, most of Babylon's revenue came from Google. Babylon stated that due to the company's plan to offer new products for free, this year's advertising revenue will increase significantly, driving overall company revenue growth.Currently, 94% of Babylon's revenue comes from advertisements. In November last year, Babylon had submitted an IPO application to NASDAQ, planning to raise up to $115 million this year.Babylon is a well-known Israeli translation software provider, founded in 1997.
