You may have received an email we sent informing you of Microsoft's plan to discontinue the DAV protocol used by Outlook Express to access Windows Live Hotmail. In response to user feedback requesting us to further evaluate other alternative solutions, we have decided to postpone the deactivation of DAV and are currently researching other alternatives for accessing Windows Live Hotmail through Outlook Express. This means that if you use Outlook Express to access your Windows Live Hotmail account, you will still be able to continue using your current access method after the originally announced transition deadline of June 30th. Once we have a new plan in place, we will notify you in advance to ensure a smooth transition of services in the future.
