Nokia has officially released two E-series phones, the E66 and E71, which have been exposed multiple times before. They are planned to be available for sale in the third quarter of this year.
The E66 features a 3.2-megapixel main camera with auto-focus, as well as an auxiliary camera for video calls. It supports Wi-Fi and A-GPS functions, and is equipped with a 2.4-inch QVGA resolution display. The phone is only 13.6 mm thick. It offers a standby time of 14 days or 7.5 hours of continuous talk time under GSM networks, and 3.5 hours of talk time under 3G networks. It comes with 110MB of internal storage space and supports up to 8GB microSD expansion cards.
On the other hand, the E71 adopts a QWERTY keyboard design, with a body thickness of only 10 mm. It also supports Wi-Fi, A-GPS and other functions, featuring a 3.2-megapixel main camera and a front-facing auxiliary camera for video calls. It is equipped with a 2.36-inch QVGA resolution display. Allegedly, the E71 boasts a continuous standby time of 20 days, 10.5 hours of continuous talk time under GSM networks, and 4.5 hours under 3G networks.
