Bill Gates, after a 33-year golden career at Microsoft, will officially resign on the 27th of this month and will no longer be a full-time employee of Microsoft. However, after leaving, Gates will still dedicate 20% of his time to Microsoft-related projects, while spending the other 80% on charity foundation projects named after him and his wife, seeking to change the world through philanthropy rather than software.
