Palm and US wireless carrier Verizon Wireless said on Thursday that Verizon Wireless will sell Palm's popular smartphone Centro. Starting from Friday, consumers can purchase the blue version of Centro at Verizon Wireless exclusive stores and its website for 99 dollars. Centro is a more streamlined version of Palm's long-term flagship product, the Treo phone. Since the wireless carrier Sprint Nextel started selling this phone in October and AT&T followed after Sprint, Centro has been highly favored by consumers.
