Entertainment Base Sues Baidu for the Sixth Time, Venue Shifts to the US

Domestic digital music website Entertainment Base filed a lawsuit at the US Federal Court of the Southern District of New York on June 10, accusing Baidu MP3 search of infringement. The court has officially accepted the case. This is the sixth time that Entertainment Base has sued Baidu. In March this year, Entertainment Base once told the media that it was preparing to sue Baidu in the United States. Entertainment Base had sued Baidu five times over the above issues, but all ended up in failure. The most recent one was in Beijing Higher Court in July last year.
