When does PR update? When does Google PR update? - Interactive Programming

It's been about a month since the website was built. I've been making changes here and there. Even though there isn't much traffic, I still enjoy it immensely. I'm quite worried that my PR value won't increase when Google updates its PR. In order to get the pages indexed faster, I've submitted excerpts to various online bookmarking sites, and also set up blogs on Blogger, Baidu, 163, Sina, Cnds, and Flash8. I can only hope that by the next Google PR update, my PR will have improved. I have big hopes - could it reach 3?
