Motorola and Philips get TD licenses, Nokia continues to be absent

According to the news from TD Industry Alliance, by May 30th, 2008, 19 terminal enterprises have obtained the network access licenses issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for their 29 TD terminals (including TD-HSDPA data cards). Five manufacturers have obtained the data card equipment network access license.
