Windows 7 Is Accused of Plagiarizing Apple's Ideas

One longtime rap against Microsoft (MSFT) has been that it steals everyone else's best ideas. And sure enough, after the software giant gave us a peek behind the curtain at its next operating system, we can say for sure that it has again stolen from the innovators. The new operating system, Windows 7, focuses on "multi-touch" and "gestural computing," which brings to mind Apple's (AAPL) iPhone. It's a very cool technology, but in fairness, Microsoft has been working on this for some time -- witness its Surface "coffee table computer" aimed at retailers.
