Survey shows: Netizens are becoming more selfish, cold and impatient

An annual survey of computer usability by the guru of investigative experts, Dr Jakob Nielsen, has found that people are getting angrier and less patient when they go online. It found that people do not want to waste time on websites when surfing the Internet, but instead want to get things done as quickly as possible before moving on.
