[Fig.] Japan's Sharp releases a monster-level feature phone smartphone

Willcom, the sole PHS operator in Japan, has recently teamed up with Sharp to release the WS016SH smartphone. It adopts a 1.33GHz Intel Centrino Atom processor and comes pre-installed with the Vista operating system. The "monster" level hardware configuration of this UMP makes it hard for people to associate it with PHS.
