A foreign magazine download website
http://www.up2u.in/
It feels pretty good. There are some magazines about design and computer network technology.
And it's not just English magazines; there are many magazines in various languages, such as French, German, Russian, etc..
The update speed is acceptable, and the magazines are quite diverse, covering topics like design, fashion, adult content, environment, photography, technology, entertainment, business, IT, sports, and more.
The magazine format is PDF. Although authentication is required, you can still download them for free.
Just a heads up, downloading from this site requires some luck.
If your luck is good, you can get the magazine you want with just one click. If not, you might end up clicking for a long time and only getting old magazines.
What do you all think?
====================================
Download, er, borrow e-books, e-magazines for free.
I found UP2U through Google. UP2U lists a lot of e-magazines and e-books in PDF format available for download.
It’s a site that you know won’t last long because I’m sure that pretty soon the publishers of the magazines listed there will be taking action against it.
UP2U offers downloads of The New York Times e-paper, Time, Fortune, eWeek, PC Magazine, PC World, Macworld, Vanity Fair, National Geographic, The Wall Street Journal, Science, and more.
It also provides a lot of adult e-magazines, from FHM to Playboy to Penthouse and even Private.
Recently, the site has placed prominent notices both on its website and even within the PDF files stating that the magazines are intended for "borrowing," and you're supposed to delete the files after 24 hours and buy the original publication if you like it. Yeah, right.
Here’s the link to UP2U and here’s another link to its mirror site.
