Intel's practices when building its Dalian wafer factory, Fab 68, are rather unique: they consulted a Feng Shui master. According to Intel's corporate responsibility report, they invited a Feng Shui master to plan the relationship between wind, sunlight, and internal factory space, using the seasonal changes of sunlight to achieve thermal optimization. Intel also stated that Fab 68 is in accordance with the "Qi" in Feng Shui.
