[Fig] Samsung's conceptual notebook will feature an AMOLED display

Samsung SDI, a company under the Samsung Group, recently announced on its official website that it has developed the first large-size AMOLED panel for use in notebook computers. The notebook shown in the picture below uses an AMOLED display. Currently, this notebook is still a prototype. According to the introduction, the screen of this notebook is 12.1 inches with a resolution of 1280*768. Additionally, it was reported that Samsung will showcase the AMOLED panel prototype at the American Society of SID 2008 conference on May 21st.
