Before this special operation to crack down on counterfeit and substandard alcohol, the Siming District Industry and Commerce Bureau conducted a comprehensive investigation and identified several merchants suspected of selling counterfeit goods. In the Minqiao Hotel, the industrial and commercial personnel found an unlicensed store selling 22 wallets and shoulder bags suspected of being fake "LV", "Gucci", and "Polo" products. The store owner claimed that these items were brought for a friend from Guangzhou, and since the friend never came to pick them up, she put them on the shelf, not intending to sell them publicly.
Deputy Director Li of the Siming District Industry and Commerce Bureau introduced that in the second quarter of this year, the "double crackdown" campaign will focus on agricultural supplies counterfeiting in the "Red Shield Protecting Agriculture" special operation. In the third quarter, it will investigate "brand riding" illegal competition actions, deal with counterfeit cosmetics and clothing, and expose illegal online commodity trading cases.

Yesterday morning, the reporter followed one group of industrial and commercial law enforcement officers and first arrived at a grocery store in Shentian Community. On the outside wall of the store were large characters reading "Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Distributor." The shelves were filled with various "Kinmen Kaoliang." Staff from the Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Factory who had specially come to Xiamen, together with the industrial and commercial law enforcement officers, entered the store to inspect the "Kinmen Kaoliang" on the shelves and in the storage cabinets.
