UK Plans to Build Internet Surveillance Database to Store All Citizens' Online Activity Records

The British government, citing reasons of combating crime and terrorism, plans to build a large database to store emails, phone communications, online information and other data concerning personal privacy for all citizens. This has raised concerns over Britain's further evolution into a "Big Brother" surveillance society.
