After more than four hours, the police arrested the suspect Shi Mou in a residential building near the scene. Upon investigation, Shi Mou confessed that he is a chef at a certain unit. That night, after drinking heavily with friends, due to dissatisfaction with his job, he used a brick to smash three cars parked in the courtyard while under the influence of alcohol.
