It's not exactly an invasion yet, says retired Major General Robert Scales. He co-authored a report with retired General Barry McCaffrey about this third front for Texas, published earlier this week. Its title alone is enough to generate heebie-jeebies: "Texas Border Security: A Strategic Military Assessment."
