How to Master the Core Techniques of SEO
In fact, the most core aspects of website SEO optimization can be boiled down to a few key strategies. Whether it's Baidu or Google search engines, the principles remain consistent. Mastering these core techniques is sufficient for effective SEO.
However, the problem lies in the current world being too impatient. Many people do not fully understand what SEO optimization entails. They follow the rules for a few days and then expect their rankings to appear on the first page of Baidu. This is actually a misconception. SEO optimization differs from buying advertisements; it requires not only mastering relevant skills and putting in considerable effort but also demands time and persistent dedication before yielding results.
Below are the three fundamental principles of website SEO optimization compiled by Guangzhou Jiwo Network Marketing Academy, aimed at helping beginners in SEO:
Principle One: Ensure the Website Meets Basic Optimization Requirements
The website must meet the most basic optimization requirements and comply with W3C development standards. This is the fundamental condition for network optimization.
If possible, try to use the DIV+CSS method to create web pages.
Additionally, the internal structure of the website must be clear and easy for users to navigate and access.
Another point to note is that all pages of the website should be made in static form.
Finally, avoid using large amounts of FLASH files, especially on the homepage, as users may find it difficult to open.
Principle Two: Daily Commitment to High-Quality Original Content
After experiencing failures with copy-pasting, plagiarism, and pseudo-original content, website content must be as original as possible. It’s important to note that the quality of the original articles must be high, written carefully without any attitude of敷衍 (negligence).
Principle Three: Daily Persistence in External Link Building
Building external links is a long-term and challenging task. It should never be rushed. If you aim for rapid growth in external links overnight, it can easily raise suspicions from search engines, leading to a reduction in your website’s ranking. Avoid using mass-posting software for blogs or forum spamming, and don't rely on external link tools. Initially, I adopted the practice of exchanging links with peers outside of Shanghai. When exchanging links, ensure that the other party’s website hasn’t been penalized or engaged in black hat SEO tactics. Another effective method is manually registering blogs on some major portals, writing original articles daily, and subtly adding keyword links pointing to your website’s homepage. The two most critical points about external links are ensuring link quality and slowing down the pace; otherwise, haste makes waste.
