Brazilian bandits steal 50 tons of corn from a moving train

ECNS, December 12 -- Police in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil are investigating a bold theft case as 50 tons of corn was stolen from a moving train. The robbers greased the rails to slow down the train due to wheel spin and then hooked a tractor trailer to the freight cars to steal the containers full of corn, police said. The robbery took place in a rural area when the train was heading to Santos, a port city in southeastern Brazil. The train loaded 60 tons of corn and some sugar.(Shen Shuhua)
