The bank where the incident occurred. Reported by Chen Zhongqiu Yesterday at 16:57, Mr. Ding reported: Ten minutes ago, at the Agricultural Bank on Genshan West Road, a man around 20 years old snatched a paper bag containing money from a female customer. The amount was approximately over 10,000 yuan. The security guard at the bank caught him.

At 17:48, Ms. Cai reported: Just before 5 PM, at the Agricultural Bank Airport Road branch in the east city area, a woman was sitting with an envelope containing 10,000 yuan waiting for her turn. The money was not visible, but a man in his twenties sat next to her and suddenly grabbed the envelope and ran away. I was there; I was depositing money at the time. Eventually, the man was chased out and caught by the bank security guard. You should commend this security guard.

Journalist Chen Jian verified and reported: The Agricultural Bank Airport Road branch is located on the west side of the intersection of Genshan West Road and Airport Road, behind the Zhalongkou bus station.

Around 5:15 PM yesterday, the bank's roller shutter door was half-closed. Five bank employees formed a circle in the center of the hall, surrounding a young, slim man. He was in his twenties, wearing a black-and-white striped sweater and a brown jacket, squatting on the ground with his head down. Regardless of what the staff asked him, he remained silent.

"It was him who snatched the money bag from the female customer!" Mr. Ding, who made the call, pointed at the young man squatting on the ground and said indignantly, "There were many customers in the bank at the time. He brazenly snatched the money, and many people chased after him..."

The robbed lady was about 40 years old, wearing a beige wool coat, and looked flustered.

"I arrived at the bank at 4:30 PM to deposit money. There was a total of more than 16,000 yuan, all in an envelope. The bank was crowded, so after taking my number, I sat on a chair near the door and waited. A few minutes later, he sat beside me.

"I had the envelope with the money in my hand, not paying attention to him. Unexpectedly, a few minutes later, he suddenly reached for my envelope! He grabbed it and ran outside. I was so shocked that I couldn't even shout. Fortunately, the security guard standing to my left chased after him..."

This security guard's surname is Di, 23 years old, from Jiangsu province, and has been in Hangzhou for three years.

"He (the man who snatched the envelope) entered at around 4:40 PM. He didn't take a number or inquire about any services, directly sitting on a chair close to the main door. That drew my attention," Security Guard Xiao Di said. He thought this person was suspicious, so he deliberately walked around him once, then stood less than 3 meters away in the corridor, keeping him within sight. "I watched him so closely, yet he still dared to snatch the money. Because I was prepared, as soon as he fled, I immediately chased after him..."

Xiao Di is 178 cm tall and practiced running at the security company. The man who committed the robbery was about 165 cm tall and slim.

Security Guard Xiao Di chased the man along Genshan West Road for about 150 meters eastward and caught him by the collar of his jacket at the Genshan Second Road intersection. Xiao Di said, "Stop running, where's the money? Give it back quickly!"

"After being caught, the man (the one who snatched the money) was trembling with fear. He didn't resist or struggle, obediently handing over the envelope. Afterward, he was taken back to the bank by the security guard," said the owner of the kiosk at the intersection. "This person who snatched the money is strange. Running so slowly, he still dared to rob. Maybe he watched too many movies..."

When the police questioned him, he didn't say a word, only gesturing frantically. Later, the police took him back to the station.

The case is currently under further investigation by the police.
