Brief principle of the electronic floor scale: The object to be weighed or a loaded vehicle stops on the weighing platform. Under the influence of gravity, the weighing platform transmits this force to the sensors, causing deformation of the elastic body attached to the sensor. In pharmaceutical-specific applications, the strain gauge and bridge circuit on the elastic body's strain beam lose balance, outputting an electrical signal proportional to the weight value. This signal is amplified by a linear amplifier, then converted into a digital signal via A/D conversion. The microprocessor inside the instrument processes the weight signal and directly displays the weight number.
