According to reports, at 22:05 on February 1st, Lianran Police Station of Anning City received an emergency call from a member of the public saying "Someone is attempting to jump from the Lan Shan Karaoke Bar". Duty station leader Gang Zhao immediately led police officers to the scene. A man was seen sitting on the edge of the wall outside the third floor balcony of Lan Shan KTV in Anning. The man was claiming he wanted to see the police while continuously making phone calls with his mobile phone. His emotions were very agitated.
Anning Fire Station received an emergency call from the 110 dispatch center and quickly sent out a rescue vehicle and seven soldiers to the scene.
Upon arrival, the accident site was surrounded by a crowd of onlookers. It was observed that the man was sitting on the edge of the third-floor wall. If they carefully crossed over from the window behind the man, he might not notice them. After confirming that the air cushion under the man was ready, Captain Ai Hua Zhao carefully climbed through the window behind the man without being noticed. Ai Hua instructed a police officer and a friend below to keep talking to the man to distract him. When the man wasn't paying attention, Ai Hua seized the opportunity to grab the man from behind, pulling him back and handing him over to the on-site police officers for handling.
It was later learned that the man's name was Ou Moumou, from Qinglong Street Office in Anning City, and he is currently studying at a certain university. While entertaining with friends at Lan Shan KTV, due to excessive drinking, he lost emotional control and attempted suicide by jumping from the building.
The Lianran Police Station officers promptly contacted Ou Moumou's family and handed him over to them. Seeing their son, who was drunk but unharmed, his parents shed tears of gratitude while scolding this undisciplined college student, deeply thanking the police officers and firefighters who had saved their son's life...
